Date of Editorial Release: August 15th

Time: 11:59pm PST
Editions: Aug., Nov., Feb., May.
Requirements:
-Submitted work MUST be your own work, commissions you have ordered from other artists are not accepted.
-1 Submission per person, multiple characters are accepted.
-Your submission piece can be an existing image or a newly created one.
-Art must be relevant to FFXIV
-There is a hard submission date and time.
-There are hard format requirements.
-Orientation must be vertical piece, i.e.: portrait (not landscape).
-Width/Height must be in an 8x10 format / (no larger than 2880x3600px), otherwise image will get cropped.
-300-360dpi/resolution is required. Please do NOT submit anything under 300dpi.
-File type must be: High-Rez JPEG, PNG, TIFF
-Imagery cannot be on lined paper, rough sketch, out-of-phone imagery, etc. Must be a 'finished' piece. No work-in-progress. It must be something you would be proud of putting in a portfolio.
-Please follow the form exactly for submission.
-Illustrations, Crafts, Cosplay, Sprites, etc. Welcome.
-Submit through PM Foxberry, not in thread
Legal:
-In return for submitting to the Quarterly Editorial; artist will have their name and a website beneath each image. Please keep the link short and not 37 characters long.
-RPC/ARTiculate RP does not, NOT take copyright from artist. All rights are retained by the original artist!
-RPC/ARTiculate RP must be allowed to repost the portfolio.
