Hello, everybody! My name is Knave and I am not all that new to FFXIV. I played a bit back when it first came out (and didn't require a sub, gasp). My buddy (you know him, girly name, goes by Merri) finally won after years of pestering me and I signed up for the new beta! Hopefully, I will be able to get in and see all of the new changes and maybe make new friends. :)

--RP experience
How do I get RP experience, can you grind it? I've RPed before, mostly in small groups or sitting in a dark corner of a room to watch others but I am in no way an experienced veteran!
--Character ideas/info
I (hopefully) will bring in a male miqo'te. He's rather rough and calloused with a personality to match. Recent events have pushed him out of a mountainous region in the Garlean Empire to travel south to Ul'dah with a letter in hand for someone who he only knows by name..
In short: If Highlanders were miqo'te.. he'd be that. And big bushy dwarven beards.
