It is just a rule of thumb..  by all means polish it up and extend and whatnot. I am not sure the OP is looking for an in-depth guide just what a quick scan can tell you. In the end I RP with most people, even the God Mods .. I just adapt and fit in or exit. I'd suggest the handbook as a good place for "traits"?
