It is incorrect, as ascertained through the THM questline. here are people who are physically/mentaly incapable of casting THM magic.

By "everyone in the game" I am referring to player characters. I'm pretty sure I can level THM on all of my characters. The THM quest can say "some people can't do it!" all they want, but every time I've walked into that building they've handed me a quest called "So You Want to be a Thaumaturge" and given me access to their abilities without question... so... Idk, make of it what you want. Also, doesn't change the physical attributes of the characters in the game, nor does it justify something about scythes. I don't even remember how this relates to the dumb scythe argument anymore.
Also, yes, rapier. Good choice.
