Quick RP question. One of my main characters is a paladin and I was wondering how long is it plausible or believable for him to leave his best friend and then return after his training is complete? I'm thinking of maybe having him and his best friend separate when they are children and then coming back like 20 years later or is that too much time to pass?
I'm not familiar with the melee lore and I might just level it to learn more but I wanted to get some opinions from expert gladiators/paladins here first.
