Actually, the character lighting is referred to another part of the Patch Notes, and as it says, it affects the light of the character, not the area surrounding him (I tried regulating, it doesn't affect how the sky looks at all, just how light or dark the character's armor/skin is). The sky is definitely different. I looked at it a lot in the past. There's more stars, and they actually have a sort of intermittent glow that was not there before.

To be an interesting, intriguing, well-written character, there needs to be something to allow the audience to relate to them. That is what the problem is with who wants their character to be "perfect". Perfect characters will never be strong, and strong characters will never be perfect, because WE (those who read, who watch, who RP) are not perfect.
