AH welcome to the forums and best of luck on getting in! One of my friends is trying to get in too and naturally its hard so keep your option open for paying the transfer fee D: As for your characters, all new characters don't have to much to go on.
I myself never fully know what I'm going to do with my toon but found creating a small 'vauge' rp base then rping a ton with people gives my toon life. It's more fun that way, BUT that is my method! I'm sure you'll figure what you want. Happy rping! It's everywhere XD
