Yes - means it is a FC
Dualistic - means it is a FC and LS
No - means it is just a LS
All should be active, but I would suggest checking any website as a good way to tell and get a feel.
Okay, that helps out some! Thanks! Now I can actually navigate that page and understand it. xD

Utilizing whole, natural foods as a form of medicine. Pseudoscience? Maybe? More and more research studies are proving the benefits. Just changing what goes into my body has drastically helped my bipolar and major depressive disorder, helped me lose weight, stopped my joints from creaking and aching, and more. Hippocrates said it some two thousand years ago - "Let food be your medicine and medicine be your food."
I am a massage therapist, which a couple decades ago was pseudoscience. Now it's a respected field in healthcare. It is utilized in hospitals, hospice care, sports teams, and more. Massage therapy is amazing. Even as a massage therapist I thought chiropractic care was iffy. Then I went to get adjusted once when I felt like a rib head had popped out of place (turns out I was right). It's good stuff.
Same with yoga. More research is being done on yoga and the benefits of it not only for mind, but body as well. Oh, and when I was in massage school, we had a Reiki energy work course. I scoffed, and (rudely...) laughed at the teacher once (I couldn't contain it, the ideas she was saying were just so ridiculous). But now I am a reiki practitioner and feel not only the energy around me, but the energy of others. And I use that energy for healing (sometimes. I do tend to be more clinical focused). But even science is proving the existence of energetic fields!
So I mean, I dunno. I guess you can call it all pseudoscience. But to me, if it works, and if it works not just for me but for multiple people, then that's all I need. I love how science is finally, after so many years, backing up the health and wellness claims of holistic living. Too many things these days are processed. Too many pills prescribed. And too few people are aware of their own body.
