Flame Elite's Guillotine is purchased from the GC Hunt Vendor stationed in the Immortal Flame HQ in Ul'dah. I believe the weapons cost 1,750 Allied Seals, which are obtained by killing Lv50 Hunts in the old zones, not from Heavensward.
Arondight is the Soldiery tomestone weapon. However, Soldiery can no longer be obtained, but you can likely still purchase the sword from the Poetics vendor in Mor Dhona, or the woman next to her. I'd try looking in those places first for the Arondight.
Edit: Or just buy the craftable Arondight. Forgot they made craftable versions of all the old soldiery gear.
