I think its interesting that they are careful not to show Estinien's face. I don't believe they ever show it in the game cutscenes either. It's almost certainly done for a purpose, I'm just not sure what it is yet. However my inkling is that this won't be the last time we see Elezen Estinien. My more indepth inkling is that Nidhogg will take Elezen form with Estinien's body, and they're saving the face reveal for when we meet Nidhogg walking around as a hot dude.
