Take me with you....

Rare were there such blessed mornings. The room was cool and dark from the rain creeping over the sky. Erik laid to his side facing out, his face calm as he enjoyed the quiet. Then it came, the small finger as it poked his nose... then his chin... his cheek, "Papa...." came the soft voice, a whisper of a voice, seeking not to wake the blonde in the bed with her father. "Papa, wake up." Erik did not move, only opening his eyes, meeting her whisper with his own, a smile playing over his mouth, "... What?" The little girl giggled as his eyes snapped open. "Get up!!!!" she whispered loudly as she pulled with all her might. He laid still for a moment of two before getting up and picking her up, "Shuuuu..... We cannot wake Clio.... And why is that?" The little girl giggled again, "No survivors Papa." They both giggled as he pushed her out of the room quietly and shut the door to change as she waited in the hallway.

A few minutes later he emerged dressed and ready, "Now what is so important my Lady?" She loved it when her father spoke to her like a Sultana. Lenna held up her finger, "You always go out on things in the morning and I don't see you. So today you have to take me with you." Erik caught a laugh before it escaped and angered his younger daughter, "Is that so? Well it so happens I have some very important business to see to. And Montblanc is quiet busy. Do you think you can help me Lenna?" The girl smiled and jumped, "Yes! I can help! I can help you with your flaming!" Erik nodded, "Flaming? Good then Let us go." She cheered, "Yeah! Let us go!..... can I have a sword too?.
Erik shook his head no, and they left the Hall.
