Dang. *combs lore* Oh hey, they totally can! Hmm, but if she's an Ishgardian dragon fighter, why isn't she in Ishgard fighting dragons? Oh, I know! She got picked on and sent out of country on some non-mission that only got approved because no one cares about some Brume-trash beastgirl!
