People roleplaying as major NPCs. The known main Scoins, Heavenswards knights, Iceheart ect. Canon characters basically.

I think she means actually playing as them. Like, not just emoting talking to one, but they're acting as if they ARE Y'shtola or something. I haven't seen it myself, but I've certainly seen people who use other famous names. And I feel kinda bad that I automatically deduct mental points from them, even if they're not RPers. I just don't think Kenshin Battosai would be all that fun of a character to hang out with.
