Job is just an in-game template for a specialize class, anyway. In RP, I don't think people would refer to them directly as "jobs" so much as as what they physically consider themselves to be. Vallois, for example, wields an axe and can do aetherical attacks with it, but he doesn't call himself a marauder or a warrior. He's just a guy with an axe.
