So, I've tried to find them, but so far nothing, but I do want to get this series done because it is only 2 cards away from completion. So here's what i figure I do (other then procrastinate on Nathan's card because the hat has ko'd me like.... 6 times);
I am going to throw a contest to recast the Death card and the Hermit Tarot card, as well as add on something else. Because it's a far smaller pool of choices, i'm adding on another card of sort. If the original winners contact me, I will honor my promise and do their card, but the winners will also get their own card (though theres will be a Bonus card). For now, there is only 1 blank card, but if there are more applicants then I think there will be (like.... 6?) I will add more -blank- cards to the prize pool.

Now, for the extra card, I've decided to do something different. I will draw the winner a card of their character. This means it could be any type of card; Magic Card, Yu-gi-oh card, Pokemon Card, Business card, so long as it has the word card in it, it counts. (Please note; figuring out a loop hole where in I will be drawing your entire fc on one placard will be met with anguished cries for mercy and politely asking to not try to kill me). For these, how many I do depends on the amount of applicants. Additionally, if a former tarot winner is picked, they will automatically be limited to the (blank) card. If you ask for a TCG card, I will be asking you to make up the text, abilities, mana cost, blah blah blaaahhh.
I'll most likely close this one up on October 2nd.
