It should be noted that just marking the mobs doesn't mean the DPS will immediately follow them. And, really, if there's multiple mobs and you have someone like a SMN or BLM (Especially BLM since you get Fire/Ice II fairly early) - they're going to be AoEing anyway so the kill order doesn't really mean much to help "mitigate" aggro problems. The tank is still going to have to be using Flash/Overpower/Unleash to keep enmity.
... Which is why most of my group tanking involves Flash/Unleash + MP regen combo on PLD/DRK and liberal use of Overpower (and Steel Cyclone once I have it) on WAR.
