Here's the list of active Linkshells we have for other servers. (This is only a sample, as there are many communities without a presence on the RPC.)
As for that name, my Japanese etymology is pretty terrible, but it looks to check out. If introducing in a Doman/Raen fashion, you'd use "Suziki no Hanakawa", as they use [family name] no [given name].
Since Eorzea followed more "Western" naming conventions, however, [given name] [family name] is how you'd type it in on the character creator.
