Is Momo a summoner in-character? Â Yes. Â Does it come up often? Â Not really. Â Momo has two of the three summons from various methods, but rarely feels an absolute need to use them, and never summons any kind of Carbuncle for the same reason, so in essence, yes, he is a summoner, but really he is a retired Free Paladin and foremost an academic.
I am not much for minimalism, so I think it is okay to RP as your job/class. Â As long as you do it well and within the lore, you should be fine. Â Should you choose to do so without discretion, beware awkward social situations, and lack of steady RP partners of any quality. Â Have fun, but always remember this is an RP community, not just your world, so have some decency to allow others the same courtesy and play as close to the lore as you can while still letting yourself be happy!
