My lalafell is a 21 year old female, she isn't played like a child at all, currently she is having a sort of issue with being a lalafell because she feels she is treated like a child. She is very intelligent, and doesn't act childish at all. Physically she has the new ponytail hairstyle and a somewhat younger look to her. I think people are surprised when they discover she is the way she is.
Course I know I will always get random hugs, and tells saying how cute I look.
