I am new! | #8 11-29-2015, 03:14 PM So Flaming Blade has been made but come to find out that Balmung has a character restriction. I did not know about this so I had to create him on Cactuar. At the moment I plan on leveling him and then transferring to Balmung. Unless, does anyone know when the character restriction will be lifted?
