You are so drunk you can't think straight and it is viable to just walk up to a stranger  2. You overhear (with your large Miqo'te or Elezen ears) something you have in common with someone. (aka. Someone is a conjurer just like you) 3. You want to be nice and offer them a drink or to buy them some food. 4. You ask if they dropped something 5. Just give them a compliment on something they are wearing you like.
