As far as he's concerned, they're the same as anyone, just smaller individuals in stature; but since it's been shown at times they can be as physically and of course, magically strong as any other adventurer, he doesn't underestimate them. If someone's childlike, he'll pet them on the head, whether they're lalafell, or hyur, or anyone else. If they're mature, he'll treat them mature. So if you wander across A'rk, feel free to RP at him.
