Thanks for the heads up! Indeed I'm slowly learning that expanding on one character seems to be the most comfortable way to progress, which is different, but definitely welcomed. And thanks for the tips on Linkshells/FC, I'll have to take a look.

My starting tips are toÂ

Follow the main quest story, this unlocks Grand Company, travel, mounts, companion and other classes
Do your class quest
Don't worry about completing all the side quests, you will out level these and you can pick them up when you start other classes.
Having other classes lets you pick "Additional" cross class skills
Gathering and Crafting are other classes in the game and just as complex as learning a combat class

There is oodles and oodles more that could be said.. best thing is join a FC or LS so you have advice on tap. Smile
