Just keep in mind that if you want to be picky about the lore, when dropping the tribal name, it isn't just the apostrophe that's dropped--it's the whole letter. I've seen a ton of Miqo'te make their names something simple like "J'ohn" and "D'ave" and "W'endy" or whatever, but that's not how the naming conventions work. As Alderique pointed out above, dropping the tribal name would have them be called "Ohn," "Ave," and "Endy."
An example of this is my own character, Val. He dropped his and is simply Val, whereas his tribal name is W'val.
