Oh, man... I was invited to a charity event a few months ago but nobody told me that I'd be expected to speak about my experiences regarding what it was like to live with bipolar disorder. Someone asked me what helps keep my mood stable and I just started rambling about my cat for like...five minutes. Granted, it was well received and I managed to put forward some good points towards the middle and end of the speech but after I stepped down from the stage I felt really silly. :p I also walked into a glass door whilst out shopping for Christmas presents last year. Though to be fair it was super busy and I just wanted to dart from one shop to the next as quickly as possible.
