As O'sena mentioned, Balmung is where most of the RPers are at. However, if you go to Making Connections and the Linkshell Hall, you might find some Faerie RPers. Also the neat thing about RP is that, not all RP is restricted and/or limited to in-game RP. Many people RP using our Private Message system, or through Skype.
