Neither do I! In fact, I said this:
"...at least having the courtesy to talk to the ones who have somewhat close relationships with your character about the change before just DOING it is much appreciated."
Just clarifying. I didn't say you needed approval, nor did I say you needed to talk to EVERYONE or anything. Just basically for the reasons you mentioned. Reworking of past interactions and such.
