Mature content, reader discretion advised NSFWIt has been reported by numerous sources that Ehvar’to Kosah has been apprehended in the Ribbon Maker case. He was found in an abandoned manor in Gridania. Also found was M’lissa Keht who was bound to a bed, dressed in a wedding dress, and decorated with numerous parts from previous crime scenes. While her life was not claimed, she was viciously brutalized and tortured. Her condition was so critical that she was rushed off to the infirmary in Gridania.
At the scene two bodies were found, the result of Inspector Desmond’s handiwork. They are unidentified at this time. It is also apparent that a duel took place between Ehvar and Desmond. Thankfully for the public, Desmond subdued Ehvar and placed him under arrest.
According to public record, Ehvar was arrested for kidnap and attempted murder. After a length of time being interviewed by authorities, Ehvar was indicted on nine counts of murder in the first degree, eleven counts of kidnapping in the first degree, twelve counts of rape in the third degree, and one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Ehvar is being held prisoner pending a tribunal. Authorities are investigating as to whether or not he is mentally capable to face the tribunal. Despite a written confession and a good arrest, there is doubt he understands the severity of his actions.
This means it is quite possible we will knowingly have an indicted murderer and rapist roaming the streets committing said crimes without a second thought. Any further news on this subject will be reported swiftly as possible.
