At all. Now when some people I C mentioned Sultana's death I reacted IC accordingly.  Large sweeping events like Ishgard opening are acknowledged. As for specifics,  my characters no nothing of Scions, heroes of light, or basically anything from the plot. And I'm happy to keep it that way.  Most people have nothing to do with the main plot when you think about it and if anyone ever showed up and tried to make Hojo believe them about the main plot stuff, he'd probably walk away.
