What do you think what "could" the score be without the shadows here?
Your system looks like it will do fine. You have the same video card my boyfriend has and he clocked a 3200 on the benchmark. The difference is his processor is a quadcore, your's is a dual core. BUT you have more GHz (His runs 2.4, your's is 2.8).
So turning off shadows and other nonessentials (Even just shadows) should net you around the same benchmark score as him - a 3200. That is around 30 FPS outside of cities, and 15-30 FPS in cities. In high traffic areas you may experience some lag, but the game IS completely playable for you. Also, your AMD processor could be screwing up your score. Good processor's, just not for benchmarks
