Once you find one that you like, copy the code, and then you'll need to find your character's page. This can typically be found by typing in your character's name in the following url:

So, you'll be wanting to go to https://wiki.ffxiv-roleplayers.com/index...ah_Amariyo
Once you're there, you can go to either the "Create" tab at the top of the page, or "edit this page" in the body text below that.
Paste in the code from the template, fill in the information gaps, and you're good to go!
