Trying to make a character wiki page...

I found a wiki page layout that I like  http://wiki.ffxiv-roleplayers.com/pages/Lho%27a_Garanjy It's just the mix of simple with a few fancy features that I'm looking for. He said that the template was by http://wiki.ffxiv-roleplayers.com/pages/Deirdre_Ta%27ea who said it was by http://wiki.ffxiv-roleplayers.com/pages/Bancroft_Gairn And neither of those two are using the same layout! Who would I ask to get permission to copy that layout?
