Yeah, that healer LB change is pretty awesome and really fits the "get everyone back up again" feel much better. Especially since having everyone weakened from a healer LB3 hinders your recovery that much more. ... So does that mean you can't trade-cancel a teleport anymore? I didn't even notice that bit.
