To be perfectly honestly with you, your FC concept is very niche, so I believe you will always have a difficult time finding a large amount of people to join with that concept in mind. Others have touched on all my other thoughts, so I will say that if I were in the market for the FC and saw your listing, I would not join for two primary reasons beyond what others have stated...
1. It's very anime/shonen based, going so far as to reference Bleach. Not necessarily a bad thing, just not what I am into and not what I believe fits the setting and makes for a conducive RP style here in XIV, hence why I said it's very niche.
2. It just seems entirely centered around you/your character. The Primal that you have created (which is already a turn off for me, personally) shares the same name as your character and your forum handle, and appears to have been some perfect entity, and all your FC members are basically the Primal's worshippers and "chosen ones." The fact you felt the need to post your character's entire lengthy and detailed biography within the FC advertisement thread certainly does not help lessen the worry that the FC's story and RP will gravitate around your own character and leave little room for others. Maybe that's not the case at all, but that is the vibe this gives off, and it's important you make your FC ad appealing if you want to attract new members.
