She was Duskwight, iirc (I may be wrong - hopefully Sounsyy will weigh in!

It was suggested that she might be Gelmorran (though how she could live openly in Gridania in that case is beyond me) or perhaps Ishgardian (since there's at least one Duskwight Ishgardian house that we know of, so it follows that there could be more minor houses).Beyond that, I'm pretty sure a snowball has a better chance of surviving in hell than a Duskwight does of being a noble in a city-state that despises Duskwights.
Edit: I double-checked - Lady Amandine was a Duskwight. She's described as wealthy, and referred to as "Lady." Also, they sold Haukke to her because the citizens of Gridania felt the lavish manor was a symbol of excess.
