As mentioned, almost no one cares what your PVE levels or stats are in roleplay. In fact, the game strongly "encourages" you to change from "class" to "job" at level 30 in the form of completely removing your new skills and iconic abilities! That doesn't stop anyone from roleplaying base classes, custom classes or whatever they feel best represents them! For every Dragoon running around, we've got as many thieves, wrestlers and barmaids. Don't feel constrained by the class system! Roleplay what you like and people will respond to it.
