Just type that in and you'll roll a number! It's frequently used in a lot of the competition-style events just to keep everyone on a somewhat level playing field, horribly RNG luck notwithstanding. And there's various statuses you can set yourself as in-game. Online, Do Not Disturb, AFK, Looking for Party, and so on. One of the more recent updates added a "Roleplayer" status you can set yourself as so people will know you're looking for RP.
