Yes, that is the idea! Fabra doesn't do much to hide her identity because she has seriously taken to the deal that she made with one/all of the Eorzean governments. Her freedom in exchange for tech skills. This, of course, does not mean her flaunting of her Garlean ways and heritage will not get her into trouble and possibly get her an enemy or rival. I'll try to look for you in game to at least add you to her friends list for future rp!.
