I am not new to FFXIV, rather, im new to RP in FFXIV
 so I do know the MSQ for sure. BUT I was unaware that we are going to Ala Mhingo in the next xpack. The idea was to find a super obscure noble so as to be able to claim nobility, but not to actually have any political influence. I don't want to conflict with other people's RP. So I think an Ala Mingo noble is probably not what I am looking for. I will need to do some more research for some way to make nobility work within our current realms or maybe from a nation on another continent.
