1. Yes, there are still RP'ers on Gilgamesh. They have their own website and you can also find some of them in this discord.Â
Balmung will probably be unlocked again one day, but it wont happen anytime soon. We don't know for sure, but there are guestimates on 2-6 months. Alternatively, Mateus and Jenova also have RP communities on them, and there are smaller communities/individual guilds on some of the other servers too. This is a time where, because of Balmung's lockdown, the RP community is expanding on other servers and ideal if you want to get involved in shaping up something new and good
 Or in Gilgamesh's case, maintain the community there is there.
