Changes:Â The key word over the past two weeks!
As can easily be seen, our company has undergone quite a few changes!

While the company will run in a fairly similar manner as it has in the past, a new focus has been added to the adventuring that was done previous. Iron Raven will now also be delving into ruins and the unknown of Hydaelyn in search of lost knowledge and artifacts!
As such expeditions can require the expertise of several different callings, we are looking to hire on people that are skilled in all sorts of areas.
We need people not afraid to face the dangers locked away in ruins that have been unexplored for ages.
We need people that know how to handle rare and brittle artifacts so that we can retrieve them with as little damage as possible.
We need people capable of crafting and gathering of all sorts, as we will need supplies and upkeep of our gear during our expeditions.
We need people capable of mending wounds, be it through aetherical or physical means.

OOC:
The company has undergone quite a few changes! As mentioned above, we are still doing adventuring-type roleplay, but have also added "excavations" to our list. We'll be delving into ruins for lost knowledge, relics, and artifacts of ages past while still taking on the leves and hunts offered to us by the adventurer's guild and grand companies!
With the change of theme, we've also moved our website to a new url! That address is:Â
Those that have visited our old website when we were Black Griffin may notice a lot of similarities when visiting our new website. The reasoning behind this is that while our IC theme may have changed, our OOC outlook on what we want out of the game (both in terms of RP and PvE) has not. As such, the list I posted a while back about what we're looking for is still relevant. To reiterate:
What are we looking for?
- Â
- Active members. We expect our members to participate with the company in at least one company-led RP event or leve each month. We love it if people do more, obviously, but understand schedules and life can be a hassle sometimes.

- Members that adhere to the lore. We are welcoming to those that are unfamiliar with the lore, so long as they're willing to learn!

- Adventurer type characters, medical oriented characters, and those characters that love the pursuit of knowledge. Our theme has many openings for all sorts of characters to join on!

- All around fun people! A good sense of humor and a thick skin are advised!
To accompany this change in theme and IC ownership, our doors are once again open! That's right, we're taking on new applicants. So come join us for our new theme and have a home for the upcoming expansion!
In terms of PvE, nothing much has changed. We're all looking forward to the upcoming expansion and will be helping each other clear content as we push through all of the new quests and dungeons!
