The translator's words (some cleanup on my part in the middle due to fast typing lol) in regards to Balmung specifically:

They'll consider it for a newer server, but they're torn on it. I personally wouldn't hold my breath. They mentioned wanting to see data. If the data we've attempted to gather through polls and such isn't getting their attention already, I doubt it will in the future.
