They call it the "Will of Karash." Many tribes, particularly the Qerel view it as a curse, because the Xaela are often unable to control their Inner Beast and go rampant. Many are outcast. Some join a splinter tribe similar to the one you have created, called the Chaghan. That's not to say you can't make your own similar splinter tribe!
