If it helps, the Yanxian gear is literally just the old Yasha tome gear from relatively early on in Heavensward. Which you can still get (and upgrade into the dyeable Asuran items) using Centurio Seals or whatever they're called at the tavern in Ishgard.
That includes SAM and RDM weapons, in case you like the Yanxian ones but want them in a different color.
