I'm not sure whether you'd be interested in the Rendezvous of Stars linkshell, since I don't know when/if we'll be interacting with Stormblood in our plot RP (character-driven side-stories aside.) However, your description of your character, his abilities, his goals, and what you're looking for OoC was all very thorough and fun to read through.
