Hey guys, hope everyone is well.
Once again I was trawling the beta forums for any gems and I came across this thread Here about Oil Painting. I really liked the effects so I thought I would share it with you.
Simple Tutorial is as follows;
1. Open your screenshot through PS CS6
2. Go to Image > Adjustments > Vibrance
3. Change The Vibrance to 100
4. Go to Filter > Oil Paint
5. Change Shine to 0
6. All Done!
