I like this. It's sort of like a tavern event with a good hook to draw people in (besides drinking and chatting

While I think it would be cool to do it at one of the actual adventurers' guilds in the city-states, since those factor significantly into quest progression I worry about causing issues for other players. That said, there's lots of inns and taverns across the land that can be used for such an event.
