Personally I think its a pretty cool idea! Would be nice to see more FC's/LS's recruit ICly, rather than OOCly world shouts.
In the meantime, you could always start a bunch of Open RP threads here on the RPC! I think there is an RPC RP Skype channel too, but I could be wrong
