As he spoke, L'yhta tapped her left index finger on her right wrist. She then replied with her head canted to one side, her gaze towards the sky, "I've heard all sorts of things about what people remember. A lot of people say it's like... they try to remember, but then everyone's all washed out in the shadow of a blinding light. I've heard some people say no one remembers them at all -- like they were wiped out of history entirely -- and some that no one remembers just the last five years.
"But! You're right that studying the Aether's the best chance we have to figure all of this out," she agreed, her voice thick with enthusiasm as she looked back at him.
"I'm a morning person too, actually! I travel around a lot for my practice, but I'll be in Gridania for a bit longer. Maybe we can catch breakfast together some time?
"And if I see or hear of your mother at all back home, I'll be sure to hunt you down and get you two reunited."
