With regards to the Skype issue, I found the classic "turn it on and off again" worked for me, but I would be in support of something like Vent. Wayward Star (which is a multigame guild, Pirates of a Wayward Star is affiliated with) has a Vent server, I don't know if it's still running, I suppose I could ask Matt (who runs it) if we've still got one and if we can add a few FFXIV channels (I've not used it for a while). We used to hold Guild meetings on Vent and we never experienced problems. I love Vent, please please ask them? For now we're using Rhen's and his friends Mumble which can hold around 35 people but that may not always hold us. It should be good for a while though, so don't worry about it if it's going to be a bother. Luluni Luni's Wiki
